They are assisted in various areas, where necessary with the support of external experts such as a tax adviser, for example when it concerns the incorporation of a local company and the conclusion of complex cooperation agreements. If problems arise in the performance of contracts, the aim is to reach a settlement with the other party. If a settlement is not possible, the client is assisted in legal proceedings.

Memberships of international legal organizations ensure that in cross-border disputes there are short lines with international experts and contact can be established quickly. This also applies in matters of personal and family law and inheritance law with an international character.

Start-ups and individuals

A special focus group consists of start-up entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs who have already passed the start-up phase and are trying to take their business to the next level. We focus on making this group aware of the legal pitfalls that an entrepreneur may encounter. The fledgling starter has the opportunity, at very favorable rates, to exchange ideas with our lawyer in so-called brainstorming sessions on various legal topics that may arise in his business.
