Fees

New clients can get oriented in a free initial half-hour consultation. In principle, we work on an hourly basis, but other options can also be discussed.

Our hourly rates range from € 235,- to € 250,-.
The hourly rate is increased by a 6% office overhead surcharge and VAT. Disbursements such as bailiff’s costs, court registry fees, costs for extracts and the like are not included in the hourly rate and are charged separately.

Our monthly invoices are provided as standard with a detailed specification, so it is clear what they relate to.

We request an advance payment for our work.

Private individuals who fall below a certain income and assets threshold may be assisted on the basis of government-funded legal aid (toevoeging).
